14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.
Our team will first work with you to resolve any technical issues or questions. If we are unable to resolve the issue or the software simply isn’t the right fit, we’ll gladly issue a refund.
After 14 days, all sales are final.
How to Request a Refund

Please include:
- Your name
- The email address used for your purchase
- Your order number (if available)
- A brief description of the issue or reason for your request
We strive to respond to all refund requests within two business days.
License Deactivation
If your refund is approved:
- Your software license will be deactivated.
- Access to future updates and customer support will end.
- Continued use of the software after a refund is prohibited.
Refund Limitations
Refunds generally will not be issued for:
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Misuse of the software or violation of our Terms of Service.
- Attempts to obtain or continue using the software after a refunded license has been deactivated.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your payment provider.
We’re committed to resolving problems quickly and fairly whenever possible.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your software license while the matter is investigated.
Consumer Rights
